REGISTRATIONS FOR 2010 FORUM
Registration period for the events of 2010 Forum was opened. Participants can register for all events (World Education Forum and three academic congresses) or for each of them separately. There are special rates for people in the South geopolitical as well as registration of 5 or more members of an organization that will have a 30% discount. Registration period ends on November 1, 2010. |

Moving to Europe from South Geopolitical many people, to participate in the World Education, Research and Culture of Peace Fórum, is not economically feasible, so that the Organizing Committee appeals organizations, networks and institutions in the North to buy bonds of solidarity for a common box to facilitate the movement of as many people as possible. The World Education Forum (WEF) is a movement for global citizenship and the universal right to education. It constitutes a space of constant dialogue between those who, in the globalized world, are conducting popular education projects –formal or informal– in confrontation with neoliberalism, whether in public areas, government or not, corporate or research. World Education Forum is included in the process of the World Social Forum (WSF). It is the first time that the World Education Forum comes to Europe. |

This Congress comes from the First World Meeting Information for Citizen Change, organized by the Science of Documentation Foundation in May 2008 in the city of La Paz (Bolivia), which aims to highlight the importance of rights and access to information and the use of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) for the defense and promotion of all human rights.

International Congress on Human Right to Peace’s goal is discussing and approving among the civil society representatives the final text of an universal declaration of the Human Right to Peace, that will be submitted in the presence of the United Nations (Human Rights’ Council), to invite Member States to initiate the official codification of the human right to the peace. Also be invited civil society to adopt the Statute of the International Observatory future of the Human Right to Peace. |

World experts in the study of legal and historical processes of peace and reconciliation will analyze experiences related to overcoming wars and dictatorships and transitional government policies. They will also focus on the victims' point of view and on the activities of human rights organizations. Special attention will take to the phenomenon in Europe and Latin America.
